The Catholic Biblical Movement of Nigeria (CBMN)
The Catholic Biblical Movement of Nigeria is a national organization dedicated to promoting biblical studies and fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of the Bible among Catholics in Nigeria.
The CBMN was established in 1976 as a response to the call by the Catholic Church for a greater emphasis on biblical studies following the Second Vatican Council.
CBMN was established in Christ the King Catholic Church ojo road, Ajegunle in 1992.
OBJECTIVES:
The primary objective of the Catholic Biblical Movement of Nigeria is to read the Bible, study the Bible, pray the Bible, preach the Bible, and evangelize.
The movement seeks to encourage biblical spirituality, provide biblical formation, and equip individuals with the necessary tools to engage with the scriptures.
