Catholic Young Adults Association (CYAA)
The Catholic Young Adults convention was held on Saturday may 12th, 2007 at the church of ascension, international airport road, Ikeja at the instance of the emeritus archbishop of Lagos, Anthony cardinal olubunmi okojie who was also present. The name Catholic Young Adults Association(cyaa) was adopted by all young adults groups in the archdiocese present on the 5th of June, 2010 at a meeting held at the Catholic lay apostolate centre.
The Catholic Young Adults Association is the umbrella body for Catholic adults within ages 25 to 45 years(single and married) made up of vibrant, intelligent and skillful individuals of various professions. The cyaa apostolate Is to foster unity among Catholic adults in all parishes. Our motto is service to God for the benefit of humanity. St. Francis of assisi is the patron saint and feast day is October 4th.
Cyaa has been in existence in the parish since 2013.

*Propagation and promotion of moral development.
*Promotion of Business & Employment opportunities.
*Economic Empowerment through skill acquisition.
*Execution of charitable activities
* Promotion of marriage among young Catholic adults.
* promotion and encouragement of spiritual growth.
*For Married And Single Male And Female Adult Youths Between The Age Bracket (26-45) Years.
